I cannot speak to the quality of Ella's Enterprises, LLC work directly. They have not completed a project for me. I live next to a project that is currently being worked on and I am dissatisfied by the lack of care this team has demonstrated for my neighboring property. The subcontractors hired by this team showed up in my yard, unannounced and unauthorized at 6:30am one morning to put my neighbor's roof on. The waste left behind and the damage to my plant material was bountiful (limbs pulled off of trees, flattened ground plants, 12ft lilac bushes broken, etc.). Initially, this company was apologetic but that does not return my yard to what it was before the project next door. Several months later, we cannot get a response from the company about the last task that was completed and the damage done by the subcontractors. We called, texted and emailed. No response. The lilac bushes are half the size they were before the neighboring project started. We have spent the fall of 2016 picking up after this company and trying to get the plant material remedied. We have not been successful.
