Tod is awesome! I called at the last minute to redeem my Groupon and could not get an appointment in time... but then they extended the Groupon for a few days to let me get my appointment in. I had the top deadbolt changed and it was a simple, quick process. Tod called on his way to let me know where he was. He even tried to fix my broken doorknob for me that my super has been ignoring. Gold Locksmith Store are amazing!!!!! Locked my keys in my apartment and was afraid I was going to have to pay an arm and a leg to get inside. Mike called me back so quickly and worked with my busy schedule to get me back into my apartment. Once he arrived he was in my apartment in under 5 minutes and his prices are incredible. Trust me when I say you need to call him if you are ever in a jam!!!!!!

When I first scheduled to have my lock replaced, no one came to my apt. I thought I was receiving second class treatment because I had a Groupon, but it turned out that the guy had an accident earlier that day. I spoke with Jerry and he said he would personally come to complete the job. He was really nice. My security guards were giving us a hard time and he kept a good humor about the whole situation. He also upgraded my lock because of the issue with the first the appointment which I really appreciated. Todd was sweet, professional and prompt. I would recommend him to all my friends.
