I had asked nearly every hardware and locksmith store in Renton, WA 98055 for a copy of the key I had, but no one agreed to take up the job. One store recommended that I call Interstate Locksmith Shop for advanced key cutting jobs. I texted the technician a picture of the key and he said it could be done. He arrived at my place, and worked out of his van to make the key in less than 10 minutes. Thank you guys! Interstate Locksmith Shop was great! I called him in the morning and he was able to come to our location the same day to help us. We have had a broken door knob for months and a terrible Super that keeps "fixing" it. After my fifth time that the doorknob fell out, I decided to contact Danny after all his great reviews online. And he lived up to them all! Upon calling him, he asked me to send him a picture of the doorknob, explaining that many of the doorknobs in Renton, WA are old and he may not have the right parts for them (very true). He advised me that if he didn't think he could fix it he would refer us to someone else in the area. I found this to be very honest and helpful. Luckily, he was able to help us! He was thorough, professional, and fast and very reasonably priced. I would use him again and recommended him to anyone in need of a locksmith.

And chipper as can be. 3rd Star: Professional service. Tech explained the flaws of our previous lock - but also didn't make me feel like an idiot for my own [failed] installation job. 4th Star: Quick service. I hadn't even taken two sips of my coffee, and the new lock was installed. 5th Star: Cheap! By far the cheapest quote I got. I called Interstate Locksmith Shop based on the reviews I read here. I emailed to the company first, but he didn't see my email, so I called. They was very nice. He apologized for not seeing the email, and they asked me to give him the information and send pictures of my locks by email. I wanted to change a lock in the apartment I have just moved into. I wasn't in a hurry, so we fixed an appointment, and on the day we had said, he came on time, was very nice, changed one of the locks for a good price and was just very professional and nice. I will definitely call him again if I have any problem or if I need a new lock.
