It was bound to happen. Four days into my brand new apartment and I get locked out when I'm letting the IKEA delivery guy into my building. just had the cylinder changed on my apartment door lock because my former super was recently arrested for using duplicate keys to break into apartments. Creepy, right? Mike was amazing. We were locked out of our apartment in Miami, FL on a Friday night at midnight, with landlord and super out of town and unavailable to help us. Mike came within an hour, and unlocked the door in less than fifteen minutes or more precisely, drilled through the heavy metal door and removed the malfunctioning lock.
