Jack seemed enthusiastic about his job and was a very fun person to talk to. He shared a few interesting tidbits from the world of locksmithing and offered great advice on keeping my locks in great shape, so I wouldn’t need frequent repairs. I called Elite Locksmith Services based on the reviews I read here. I emailed to the company first, but he didn't see my email, so I called. They was very nice. He apologized for not seeing the email, and they asked me to give him the information and send pictures of my locks by email. I wanted to change a lock in the apartment I have just moved into. I wasn't in a hurry, so we fixed an appointment, and on the day we had said, he came on time, was very nice, changed one of the locks for a good price and was just very professional and nice. I will definitely call him again if I have any problem or if I need a new lock, Elite Locksmith Services is the company to use.

I needed new deadbolts and Eric believed I’d do well to get a Mul-T-Lock installed. He even offered me a great deal on it. I needed something that would match the color of the rest of the locks. . I feared that I’d have to wait for weeks for a custom order in the specific color to arrive. Thankfully, Eric had a huge collection in his van and I found the match in no time. Great service! After calling a dozen different locksmiths in Norwalk, CT , I was giving up hope that I would find a place that would install a lock at a reasonable price. Enter Elite Locksmith Services. I found this place online and boy is there a reason for all those 5 star reviews. From the second I was on the phone with Tommy I had nothing but a great experience. Tommy was supremely friendly and answered all my questions with nothing but the utmost patience. Best part? He was able to come to my apartment the same day and only gave me an hour's timeframe (unlike every other company in Norwalk, CT that tells you you have to wait around all day only to never show up). Tommy arrived at the top of that hour's timeframe and did the job in less than 10 minutes, even offering to sweep up after the job was done. He was very professional and so nice that I have no doubt I'll only call Elite Locksmith Services if I ever need help with a lockout or any other lock related problem! at 203-893-4233.

I made an appointment to have it installed that day but a couple hours after the agreed upon time I called to find out what had happened. Dave was extremely apologetic and got to the bottom of the problem right away. Turns out the guy that was supposed to install it had to go to the hospital! Can't be mad at a guy that literally couldn't make it to my apt. Nevertheless Jay told to pick anytime and he would personally install it, plus 50% off to make up for the missed appointment. The next day he was on time, friendly, efficient, and considerate.I will use them again. Elite Locksmith Services The Best In Town!!!!

I couldn’t be more indebted to Elite Locksmith Services for helping out of a tight spot! I was getting ready for an interview at a firm that I’d always dreamt of getting into. I’ve been planning this day for weeks, my files were all organized and locked up in the car trunk, my clothes ironed out, my leather shoes shined and my car sent for a tune up. But despite my meticulous planning, fate had other plans. After arriving at the venue, when I tried to open up the trunk, it just wouldn’t budge. The lock was jammed shut and all my files, my resume, my portfolio was locked up in it. It was the worst nightmare ever! Thankfully I still had half an hour before the interview started and I called up Joe, the trusted locksmith from Elite Locksmith Services. He got there in ten minutes and it took him barely a few minutes to get my trunk unlocked. Super efficient and super fast services!
