Writing this review just after getting fitted with a brand new deadbolt by Lock & Key Shop. As stated on the phone, they came within 20 minutes. The technician was very friendly, quick with the job and charged me a reasonable fee. Wish I’d found them sooner! It was only when the regular locksmith I hired bailed on me, that I started looking on the web for help and landed up on https://www.TakomaPark.Lock-Key-Shop.com! Couldn’t be happier! John was a total pro! The guy from the local locksmith shop told me that my locks were completely hopeless and must be replaced. Just to be doubly sure, I called up John from Lock & Key Shop. He took one look at my locks, told me he could fix it, gave me a price, and started working. Within ten minutes he was done! The locks which I was most likely to have thrown away were now working in perfect order. And it’s all thanks to John who worked pure magic on them and saved me from spending on replacements. Being absolutely clueless about how this stuff works, John could have easily convinced me into buying a new lock and make some cash out of it. But he didn’t! Integrity does shine through and that’s why I’ve stuck with Lock & Key Shop for the last four years. I don’t think there’s any other firm in Takoma Park, MD that could compete with these guys! After stupidly locking myself out of our bedroom, I called around and Lock & Key Shop was the most reasonably priced ($99.00) and available to come out within 20 min. He was able to unlock the door easily with a contraption I wish I owned. Offered to create a new key for the lock although I passed. Going to change the handle out for one that doesn't lock instead.

Called Lock & Key Shop and the tech came right away and got the lock opened for roommate. He was able to do unlock and keypad lock. They are the best in Takoma Park, MD

I called Lock & Key Shop based on the reviews I read here. I emailed to the company first, but he didn't see my email, so I called. They was very nice. He apologized for not seeing the email, and they asked me to give him the information and send pictures of my locks by email. I wanted to change a lock in the apartment I have just moved into. I wasn't in a hurry, so we fixed an appointment, and on the day we had said, he came on time, was very nice, changed one of the locks for a good price and was just very professional and nice. I will definitely call him again if I have any problem or if I need a new lock.
