Elite Exterior completely redid the exterior of our house - replacing the siding and adding stone to the exterior. The work performed was exemplary! All of the crew members were professional and courteous and were focused on ensuring we were happy with the end product, checking in throughout the way. Elite Exteriors recently replaced our roof and gutters on our home. Scott was quick to respond to my calls and his father, Dave, came out to give us our quote within 2 days of my initial phone call. We were impressed with Dave’s knowledge. He priced the project very reasonably. When choosing Elite Exteriors, we knew we would be working with a company that had a family tradition of excellence. We also were impressed with the high quality product itself and the amazing warranty attached to the roof. Many of the other companies we had called for quotes did not offer the same high quality product or warranty. Our roof was put on in one day with little to no mess left behind. Our gutters were put on two days later. After the gutters were installed, we realized we did not like the color chosen. We immediately called Scott and he came out that afternoon to check on the color. He then helped us pick the perfect color, re-ordered the gutters, and installed the new color within a week at a tiny fraction of the original price. He was very helpful with the situation and wanted to make sure it was corrected to our liking! We couldn’t be happier with the finished product. My husband and I highly recommend Elite Exteriors.

We had a very positive experience working with Elite Exteriors. After a summer of frustrations with subpar contractors it was refreshing to finally work with a crew that knows how to do quality work. Elite Exteriors was extremely accommodating. They were able to make use of the material we were stuck with from another company and fixed our unexpected water damage. We were assured, “whatever needs to be done, we will take care of it”. In addition to the additional repairs we were impressed with the aesthetically pleasing changes that the company suggested to our original plan with the Hardie Plank siding. We had them replace our existing shake roof with asphalt shingles, add 6 sky lights and put in 5 windows. They also built 4 new dormers for us and sided all 7 of our dormers...WOW is all I can say.... Looks great... Dave Watry is 100% the real deal in construction. He is amazing to work with.

I retained Elite Exteriors LLC of New Berlin to re-roof my main home, re-roof my detached garage, rip-off the old wood siding on the garage and replace it with Hardie-Board siding, install new gutters, replace a door, and then most importantly, stabilize and reinforce the sagging, collapsing garage roof. For my home built in 1951, there were a lot of unknowns when they accepted the job, but what fun we had. Elite’s team of roofers, gutter guys, carpenters, and Hardie-Board siding experts excelled. They overcame a number of old-home “gotcha’s”, applying a thorough understanding of their craft, their products, flexibility, and a determination to get to the best possible outcome for me – the customer. Working with Elite Exteriors was a breath of fresh air. We had a fairly large project (remove/replace existing siding, new gutters/downspouts, new columns in front of house, and framing/installing two new windows in kitchen). Overall excellent job. They were contracted to: 1) Remove a patio door, build up exterior and interior walls, install a new window, paint and stain. 2) Remove current cedar siding, fascia, soffits, and trim and replace it with HardiePlank. 3) Remove and replace the gutters. I had a very positive experience with Elite Exteriors. They came to my house when they said they would and they took the time to show me what needed to be repaired on my roof and how they would do it. The complete replacement of a balcony with underlying structural damage was completed in just 1 and 1/2 days. Bonus - they cleaned up the job site thoroughly so I didn't have to! My CertainTeed siding had failed and I needed to have it replaced. After doing some research, I decided to replace it with Hardiplank siding. I realized that Hardiplank is an outstanding man-made material but the proper installation is critical. Then I learned that Elite Exteriors has the most trained and experienced installers in the area. When I called Elite Exteriors, I was put in contact with Scott. He made it easy to arrange an appointment that would fit into my busy schedule, which was true again when I had to meet with him to select the color. When we met, he explained what needed to be done and answered all of my questions. He pointed-out that some of the trim material had not been prepared properly and what I should do to correct the problem. He was also able to provide addresses as references and samples of colors. The installation went quickly and smoothly. They cleaned-up all of the extensive debris in a thorough and timely manner. Scott followed up to discuss what they had done and answer any questions I had. He also looked over my CertainTeed claim prior to submission and recommended additional photos to provide with the claim. Now that the project is done, I am glad I chose to go with Elite Exteriors.
