Once I called Metro Master Locksmith up, I didn’t wait for long. Eric got there in less than fifteen minutes. My car trunk was jammed shut and all my luggage was loaded up in it. I had a flight to catch in about an hour and it was a question of opening the trunk or missing my flight. Metro Master Locksmith did not let the latter happen. Turning my key upon returning home, the cylinder surrounding the key popped out. Pins went flying everywhere. My jaw dropped--locks aren't supposed to just break! But within five minutes, I'd regained my composure well enough to do a quick search online. Metro Master Locksmith came out at the top of my list, so I called and spoke to possibly the most pleasant professional ever. Our locksmith was out at the time, but he set an appointment for a few hours later and even showed up a few minutes early. He was visibly competent and worked fast, all while keeping up a friendly conversation and explaining what he was doing. Even though it turned out we needed to replace the whole lock, the total price was still well within reach. He even accepted our credit card via an app on his iPhone. Highly recommended.
