Today I checked my previous reviews and realized that I've never put a review for this wonderful business. Erick had helped my wife and I install a new door lock in our home about 2 years ago in Smyrna, GA. He is super professional and made the process very painless. Normally this would be a 4 star review but after the new lock install our door malfunctioned causing the lock be stuck closed. Without hesitation Erick drives over, in the middle of the night, from the city to help fix our issue even though it wasn't his fault. This business definitely deserves the 5 stars.

I think the guy I had was Dave from Capitol Locksmith Service he was great! Very quick and very professional. He was also very flexible with timing when I kept changing my schedule around. I had him install a chain lock for me and I already had the lock he just had to drill it in. Good price as well, so many other companies tried to rip me off for this simple job. Jefrry was incredible. I've never come across such a kind-hearted stranger before... As luck would have it, I got locked out of my apartment the day I moved in, which happened to coincide with the weekend that Jeffry went out of town AND his back-ups called in sick, so there was no one from Capitol Locksmith Service to help me out. I could sense that Jeffry was truly sorry that this was happening, and then referred me to another company and told me exactly what to say. When it turned out they were closed, he told me to let him know when I found someone, and again when I was in my apartment. The guy that did end up showing up at my house immediately wanted to drill, but thanks to Jefrry I knew what to say to avoid that and another $350+ out of my pocket. When I called to let him know that I was in my apartment and told him what happened, I heard his girlfriend in the background exclaim her happiness over that - that's how nice they are! there's obviously nothing cool about locking yourself out (or "in" in my case) of your apartment, but after hearing so many people sing Dave praises, i was secretly excited to have to call on him to help me out. i was attempting to leave my apartment on saturday morning only to discover that my doorknob wouldn't turn and i was locked inside of my apartment. neat.
