Well, that’s what most firms say, but when it comes to delivering it, they fail miserably. Anyway, I decided to give Central Lock Key Store a try and I must say I’m very impressed. My call was answered in seconds and within ten minutes a van had pulled up outside my home. All I needed was a fix on my troublesome lock and it took Jack barely a few minutes to get the job done. The bill carried no extra charge, even though I’d called them up at 11 pm. I laud their dedication! Great job guys! Thumbs up!

When I first scheduled to have my lock replaced, no one came to my apt. I thought I was receiving second class treatment because I had a Groupon, but it turned out that the guy had an accident earlier that day. I spoke with Jerry and he said he would personally come to complete the job. He was really nice. My security guards were giving us a hard time and he kept a good humor about the whole situation. He also upgraded my lock because of the issue with the first the appointment which I really appreciated. Todd was sweet, professional and prompt. I would recommend him to all my friends. My son lost his car key and called me for help in 1AM. I was really scared for him being outside in the middle of the street locked out. I asked around and found this Central Lock Key Store , name seemed so friendly. He came to the rescue with few questions asked for the year and model of the car. I didn't felt ripped off calling locksmith middle of the night. In fact I felt so releaved that I called the right guy of all the locksmith out there in Clinton, MD area. I am really grateful even now just thinking about that incident, how professionally he handled opening the door. Now I know who to call when I am locked out from anywhere.

Okay, I joined Online tonight just to leave this review. The dispatcher and David the locksmith were both awesome, really helpful and nice. It took about 20 minutes for him to arrive, and he explained each method he tried, and some information about my type of lock. The last time I had to have a lock opened, the guy took one look at my door (same one) and told me it had to be drilled, then charged $200 to do it. I was left with the replacement bill from my landlord, too. I told the Central Lock Key Store folks about this, and they confirmed it's a common scam. In a moment of brilliance, I locked myself out of my apartment and they were here within an hour. The Central Lock Key Store was efficient, professional, and called ahead of time to let me know he when he was on his way from his last job. Pricing was reasonable. I highly recommend them!

Leave it to me to be a drunkass and lose my keys one month into moving into my new apartment after having lived in doorman buildings with extra keys for the past 8 years... Finally decided I needed to get a new lock installed, and called this place on a late Saturday afternoon. When I told him I'd like him to come "as soon as possible" he said he would be able to come the next morning since I'm on the UWS...fine with me. About an hour and a half later he called again saying that he had a recommendation for a place closer to me that could come right away if I would like, since it sounded "urgent". Now THAT is amazing customer service. Todd installed my lock within 20 minutes and I will never use anyone else. Super nice, legit (i.e. non shady), and professional.
