There were always two sides to a coin, likewise, when you hire a locksmith, it’s either pay high for excellent work or pay less for a shoddy job. That’s what I thought until I made the acquaintance of Neighborhood Locksmith. These guys defy my notion by providing top notch service at the lowest prices. I called them after 11 pm to help me get through the jammed door, and by 11 30 pm I was back inside. The best part? I wasn’t charged a penny extra for the late night service. I’m really happy with their service! Who wouldn’t be? They showed up at my door five minutes earlier than they said they would and did a very nice, neat job. I was new to Anaheim and didn’t know a good locksmith in the locality and went with the suggestion of my neighbor and called Neighborhood Locksmith. Where I come from, locksmiths aren’t made this way. On time, quick, and efficient, a job which I thought would take hours was completed within 40 minutes. Truly commendable! And the price for rekeying a set of four locks cost me less than a hundred bucks. They deserve five stars!!!

I contacted Neighborhood Locksmith about some trouble with a sticky lock. I received a prompt response with advice on how to fix the problem on my own, as well as pricing for if I was unable to. Extremely professional, especially given that they could have just charged me. I'll definitely be using these guys the next time I have an issue! Neighborhood Locksmith not only responded in 15 minutes with an exact quote but he arrived on time for my appointment the next day and got me back into my mailbox. I got locked out and called Neighborhood Locksmith tonight. Took them a bit longer to arrive than expected, but they more than made up for it with some of the best customer service I've ever had in Anaheim , CA. Guys were very friendly on the phone and in person. Scott did battle with an incredibly stubborn lock that would not give, and even made things harder for himself by not drilling out the protective plate. He could have easily have just insisted on drilling it out to make things simpler, but he worked around it. Then he took just as much time to make sure the new lock worked perfectly, even breaking out a small metal file to trim off a bit on the strike plate at one point. Through all the frustrations he was upbeat and friendly. I would have been throwing things and cussing up a storm. Definitely give these guys a try. I can't imagine you'll be disappointed.
