The first time we requested services from Express Locksmith Store was when we moved into our new apartment the previous tenant moved out and didn't leave the deadbolt key, thanks. Moderate Google searching, Express Locksmith Store simple and clear website, and a quick phone call with Danny confirmed that he was by far the most promising of all the locksmiths in the <City & State> area. Danny arrived at our apartment early the next day and confirmed that we didn't need a top lock change - a cylinder change was sufficient enough and saved us over $50. After our business was broken into a couple weeks ago, I immediately recommended Express Locksmith Store to our office manager. I went with Express Locksmith Store after seeing all these positive Online reviews, and it was such a positive experience I feel like I have to chime in and give him five stars too. Shon was right on time for our appointment, worked quickly, did the whole thing for exactly what he quoted me, and it turns out he got his dog from the same rescue place where I got my cat! I guess that last part doesn't really reflect on his locksmithing skills, but he was super-nice. If I ever need a locksmith again, no question about who I'll call. I needed a top lock with a plate cover and not really knowing what locksmiths do besides let you in when you're locked out I didn't realize at first that I needed to call one. When i check online its help me to find Express Locksmith Store and thank goodness. Scott set up an appointment for a few days later, called the day of to let me know how his schedule was going, showed up early with warning, and did an all around awesome job. Afterward he explained to me what he'd done and why and made sure everything was working for me before he left. The flat fee meant no surprises. These guys are the best.

It was bound to happen. Four days into my brand new apartment and I get locked out when I'm letting the IKEA delivery guy into my building. Though I'm glad I chose to wear shoes, I had nothing besides (thankfully) my cell phone in tow so the first thing I did was call Express Locksmith Store. We had met before and I'd heard great things but he truly is a miracle worker. Despite the short notice and his busy work schedule, he made time for me and showed up thirty minutes later at my door. It took him about 10 seconds to get into my apartment. Aside from my concern over how easy it was for him to break in, I was incredibly grateful. Service with a smile and efficient work. Now, let's just hope he doesn't change careers and go criminal -- that dude has skills when it comes to getting through locked doors!
