Jefrry was incredible. I've never come across such a kind-hearted stranger before... As luck would have it, I got locked out of my apartment the day I moved in, which happened to coincide with the weekend that Jeffry went out of town AND his back-ups called in sick, so there was no one from Golden Locksmith Services to help me out. I could sense that Jeffry was truly sorry that this was happening, and then referred me to another company and told me exactly what to say. When it turned out they were closed, he told me to let him know when I found someone, and again when I was in my apartment. The guy that did end up showing up at my house immediately wanted to drill, but thanks to Jefrry I knew what to say to avoid that and another $350+ out of my pocket. When I called to let him know that I was in my apartment and told him what happened, I heard his girlfriend in the background exclaim her happiness over that - that's how nice they are! Is it weird I almost want to get locked out again so I can call Lockbusters? Yeah, my experience was that great. After coming home at 2am beers may or may not have been involved, I soon realized that a lock on my door that I didn't have a key for had decided it didn't like being taped down, and chose to unlock itself at that very inopportune moment. That next morning, kicking the door in with my boots, attacking it with pink screwdrivers and attempting to scale the fire escape all failed. Defeated, I looked up a lock smith online to come rescue me. I called Golden Locksmith Services and reqwest a service the tech called me right back, told me he would be there in 20 minutes. He was at my apartment right on the dot and busted my door open in literally less than 2 min. I was sorta embarrassed at how easily he did it though he assured me the lock had definitely flipped. For a little extra he sorted me out with a new lock and keys in less than 3 minutes and also fixed my sticky door knob. 5 minutes TOTAL I was back in my apartment with my feet up and had also gotten to check off a niggly to-do off my apartment repair list. I called to set up an appointment for tomorrow to fix door cylinder with Golden Locksmith Services I was told my call would be returned so I could get an estimate and set up appt. time. My call was returned by Bob within 5 minutes. I sent him 3 pictures to determine the problem. Paul told me that he could tell me how to fix the problem myself and there was no need for them to come out..so in 3 minutes my lock was fixed over the phone. How fantastic is that...

Great experience from start to finish. Quick communication over email, arrived on time, great price. Service was completed in under 10 minutes. Several payment options were available which was great because who carries cash anymore!? Very friendly technician! I think his name was Dave! There was bad coverage in the locality where I was stuck, stranded out of my own car. I still had access to the web and a quick online search later I landed up in http://www.Seattle.Neighborhood-Locksmith-Store.com. I tried placing a call, but my call kept dropping and I resorted to typing an email though I knew that the chances of someone paying attention to my email were next to none. It was unbelievable when I got a response to my service request within ten minutes assuring me of help. Dave got there within ten minutes and helped me get back in my car!
