I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN! Everything went smooth when booking METRO RIDE SERVICES for my family visiting in Wisconsin. Brian was most professional and responsive. What went wrong was that they didn't actually deliver on the services ordered! I ordered a round trip ride for my family from a venue 20 mins (max) away from our hotel. The most important part of the trip was the SAFE ride HOME. Metro Ride picked them from the hotel and dropped them off at the venue. When it came time for the paid ride home, it never showed up and no one answered any of our numerous calls. My family was left stranded alone in a parking lot with no other taxi services available. Even the police that drove by them told them they were out of luck. I spoke with Dustin the next day asking for a refund because the services ordered were not fulfilled. He refused to refund my money and said he'd give me a partial. I didn't order two rides, I order a there-and-back full service transportation. He ended up hanging up on me. This is beyond unprofessional. The Timber Ridge Lodge & Waterpark at Grand Geneva has been notified that the service they are telling guests to use is unreliable and unprofessional. They will no longer be recommending this company to their guests. Ohh and we paid $50 per person for a 20 min ride each way for 3 people (aka $150 total for services never fulfilled). What a deal!

I had an excellent experience with Metro Ride. From Sarah in reservations to Dusty who actually drove me to and from my events and then to the airport in Chicago; the entire time was very pleasant and economical. Not many companies in the area offer services past 2:00 a.m. and Metro prices were incredibly low for the amount of professionalism and service I received.
