There were always two sides to a coin, likewise, when you hire a locksmith, it’s either pay high for excellent work or pay less for a shoddy job. That’s what I thought until I made the acquaintance of Super Locksmith Services. These guys defy my notion by providing top notch service at the lowest prices. I called them after 11 pm to help me get through the jammed door, and by 11 30 pm I was back inside. The best part? I wasn’t charged a penny extra for the late night service. We would Highly recommend Super Locksmith Services. In a large city it is refreshing to have a "Mom & Pop" feeling while keeping the hectic pace and tight schedule of clients. Super Locksmith Services was able to do just that.

First, I live in the Rocky Hill , CT and expect strange and sometimes bad things to happen. Well my house was broken into (while I was asleep) and my stuff (as well as my Jeep!) were stolen. I called Super Locksmith Services and Cathy (I think was here name) was VERY helpful and accomodating and was able to juggle other appointments so someone could come out to my house right away. Steve showed up and was wonderful! He promptly fixed the lock and made me 4 keys. He was also very nice and helped me close the basement window that was kicked in. He made a few recommendations regarding my window (how they got into the house) and after I clear with the landlord, I will call Super Locksmith Services to come out again to do the work. And the price was very, very reasonable! I highly recommend these folks!!

Super Locksmith Services was great. Tech was very friendly and courteous, while being professional and FAST! On the day of my appointment Shon had gotten "stuck" on an earlier job which would make him late for our appointment. Shon was was very mindful and reached out to me about an hour prior to our appointment to let me know he was running late and we then rescheduled for later that evening. I truly appreciated this as it allowed me to do other things than just sit around and wait all day for him. When Shon did arrive later that evening he again apologized for the delay and got straight to work. He drilled a new hole in our door and installed a new deadbolt for me in what I would consider a blink of an eye. He was in and out in just about 25 minutes. He even asked for a dust pan and broom to clean up after the job. I would highly recommend Super Locksmith Services and Shon to anyone needing locksmith services.

I called Super Locksmith Services and left a message, which was promptly returned by Paul, who was professional, polite and thorough in explaining who was going to be coming to my home. (A solace to a woman). The locksmith arrived on time, and he was exquisitely precise and neat. He explained what he was doing each step of the way. He spread paper to catch the drill shavings and cleaned up afterwards. He gave me some safety tips before he left. Come to think of it, I should have married him. When I saw all the amazing reviews, I thought ""can a locksmith really be this great?"" Yes. They Can. I got locked out of my apartment the other night, with a busted doorknob that wouldn't turn. Super Locksmith Services had a bunch of other jobs but made sure to keep in touch with me and let me know what time he'd be there. Showed up in an hour and within 10 minutes, my door was opened. And he completely fixed my doorknob all for under $100 late night. Mike the tech doesn't want to rip you off, and you can tell he really wants to do a great job and be friendly while also helping the customer out.
