I contacted Gallery Locksmith Store about some trouble with a sticky lock. I received a prompt response with advice on how to fix the problem on my own, as well as pricing for if I was unable to. Extremely professional, especially given that they could have just charged me. I'll definitely be using these guys the next time I have an issue! PS: They also offer a discount if you contact them through Online. Awesome!

I was lost for words when the brand new lock I had installed stopped working exactly one month later. The thing was supposed to last for 3 years, according to the guy at the local hardware shop who’d sold it to me. Angry with myself and at the technician who’d sold it to me, I decided to set things right! I called Gallery Locksmith Store, after a co-worker recommended it to me. Lewis was simply marvelous! He was a fun person to interact with and provided some great advice on choosing locks. He recommended a few options and I trusted his judgment after he explained the reasons why I’d do well with a deadbolt! After the installation was complete, he assured me that the lock would last me for years. If I ever face some trouble (which is unlikely, according to Lewis), he offered to provide free service. That’s some level of confidence! Lewis seems to know his job and his locks! Well, I must say, I’m very impressed with their services and prices! Number 1 in Antelope, CA! I’m giving them a 10/10!

There’s always a price to be paid in exchange for absurdly cheap services as I soon found out! After receiving an inspection notice from my insurance company, I figured that changing my locks with new ones will set the right impression. So, after a brief trip down to the hardware store, I purchased a set of new locks and had them installed myself. I was confident that I’d make it through the on-site review. It came as a shock to find out that my application got rejected. Turns out, the locks were found to be of an extremely poor quality. Couldn’t believe that my plan had backfired this way! They got the most high-end locks installed on the property and didn’t even charge me a lot for it. Did I make it through the assessment this time? DEFINITELY! Excellent services in Antelope, CA! Gary was so helpful! I don’t think there could be anyone else so adept at doling out advice! I’d just moved into a new apartment and I had absolutely no clue how good the premise’s security was! Gary conducted a thorough assessment and suggested that I get my locks rekeyed. He also added that I needed new locks for my windows. Apart from that, he said everything else looked fine! Mr. David, the Owner, RESCUED us after a harrowing experience of not being able to enter our home due to a malfunctioned bottom-lock. Mr. David not only fixed the lock but he also STRENGTHENED the associated strike-plate and dead-bolt. Our front door and home are forever changed by the AMAZING service from an AWESOME business Owner, Mr. David! We needed a deadbolt installed from scratch on a hollow metal door and metal frame and after looking around with no luck to have someone install the thing, Dave was all "no problem" and quoted a very fair price, So we go with Gallery Locksmith Store. He banged it out in no time at all and was such a sweet guy (and a cutie) that I was a little bummed he was done so quickly. We have a dog who is kind of a pest (read: a really mouthy little pest...lol) and most strangers who come by to do work in our house find him at least mildly annoying (with good reason.) But not Dave. He was absolutely darling to him and took out his phone to show me a pic of his own super adorable furry bundle of joy. Can't recommend Dave highly enough for all your lock needs. Had a great experience with Gallery Locksmith Store today -- fabulous service, and on a Sunday, too! Todd was prompt, courteous, efficient, and explained everything very well as he did his work. I'd like to write this review, not for services rendered; but, rather for excellent customer service, which we all know is a rarity these days. I spoke with Paul extensively about replacing a lock, and even exchanged picture messages (upon his suggestion) so that he could better assess my situation. He not only educated me on the different types of locks/security devices; but, also offered to walk me through the purchase and replacement, which he suggested I do myself. Wait, what? A business owner who encourages a DIY project, so that I can keep some money in my pocket? Courtesy, professionalism and expertise all wrapped in one. Yeah, he has this field on lock. I'll always call Gallery Locksmith Store first, in future endeavors!
