I called Central Lock Key Store based on the reviews I read here. I emailed to the company first, but he didn't see my email, so I called. They was very nice. He apologized for not seeing the email, and they asked me to give him the information and send pictures of my locks by email. I wanted to change a lock in the apartment I have just moved into. I wasn't in a hurry, so we fixed an appointment, and on the day we had said, he came on time, was very nice, changed one of the locks for a good price and was just very professional and nice. I will definitely call him again if I have any problem or if I need a new lock.

Tod is awesome! I called at the last minute to redeem my Groupon and could not get an appointment in time... but then they extended the Groupon for a few days to let me get my appointment in. I had the top deadbolt changed and it was a simple, quick process. Tod called on his way to let me know where he was. He even tried to fix my broken doorknob for me that my super has been ignoring. And chipper as can be. 3rd Star: Professional service. Tech explained the flaws of our previous lock - but also didn't make me feel like an idiot for my own [failed] installation job. 4th Star: Quick service. I hadn't even taken two sips of my coffee, and the new lock was installed. 5th Star: Cheap! By far the cheapest quote I got. Central Lock Key Store was great. Tech was very friendly and courteous, while being professional and FAST! On the day of my appointment Shon had gotten "stuck" on an earlier job which would make him late for our appointment. Shon was was very mindful and reached out to me about an hour prior to our appointment to let me know he was running late and we then rescheduled for later that evening. I truly appreciated this as it allowed me to do other things than just sit around and wait all day for him. When Shon did arrive later that evening he again apologized for the delay and got straight to work. He drilled a new hole in our door and installed a new deadbolt for me in what I would consider a blink of an eye. He was in and out in just about 25 minutes.
