There are a few embarrassing things that you can’t admit to anyone, let alone to your boss. After locking myself out of my cabin, I spent hours retracing my steps to figure out where I’d dropped the keys. When that didn’t work out, I called up my family to check if they had a spare back home, but nope, there wasn’t any to be found. Having exhausted all the options, I turned to the only one that seemed plausible at the moment – I decided to call a locksmith. I googled for a locksmith in Santa Monica, CA. I chose Gold Locksmith Store because they had nearly perfect reviews just about everywhere! Let me tell you this, they were indeed as amazing as the reviews claimed they were! When I expressed my concerns to, I think his name was Johnson, he assured me of immediate help and got there within a few minutes. He needed to take a look at the cabin lock. He was in and out of the office before anyone knew it! The entire process took him less than ten minutes! Super quick and very professional! Thank you Gold Locksmith Store! If I ever need a locksmith again, I’ve got your number 310-975-3524 saved! Highly recommend!

Gold Locksmith Store could not have made rekeying my deadbolt easier -- Jerry worked around my work schedule, came out and completed the job on the same day, and their cost ($100 total) was less expensive than other locksmith quotes. I really appreciated the efficiency and ease of completing this job, especially since I had to have it done because my keys had been stolen. Not only is Mike the nicest locksmith in the world; he's the nicest PERSON in the world. I called Gold Locksmith Store in the afternoon to inquire about installing a deadbolt. I wasn't in a rush, but he was able to come just a few hours later. The whole process took about 20 minutes and was super easy. He was a pleasure to chat with and the price was very fair. I would hire him again in a heartbeat (although I hope I don't have to - ha).

Jerry and John at Gold Locksmith Store were great. The problem I had with my door lock wasn't something they could fix, unfortunately, but the responsiveness, the flexibility with scheduling, and the recommendations they offered were all very helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for work that I needed. Very professional.

With one call, I had someone at my door in under 35 minutes, even though our issue was not an emergency. He was friendly, expedient and I never once felt uncomfortable having him in my home. Our locks work better than ever and I never once felt like he was trying to sell me into something I didn't need. We had a good conversation about the problem we were having, what went wrong with the mechanism and how to prevent it from happening again. I highly recommend them!
