Blazingly fast service! I was in desperate need of spare keys having lost my key bunch in transit. I had to leave town on a business trip and I needed those keys to hand out to the caretaker before I left. Thankfully, Lock & Key Shop heeded my call and arrived onsite within 10 minutes. It took Joe only a short span to create two extra sets of keys. Compare that to the time I would have otherwise spent on looking for a hardware store and waiting an hour for the keys to made, I’d say their time-efficient service has been made for people like me who’re constantly on the move. My association with Lock & Key Shop has been going on for almost ten years now and I’m taking the time to write this review to thank them for all the wonderful work they’ve done. I’ve always found them to be very accommodating and arrive right on time with everything they need to get the job done. Never once has a technician from Lock & Key Shop returned to the store to fetch something he missed out. Work gets done very fast, which means I don’t have to spend hours supervising it. Lock & Key Shop was awesome. I called to get a lock rekeyed and they were able to get to my office and do the job within 2 hours....even in the snow! They were very professional and everything was explained and double checked to make sure it was done the right way.

We have a pretty heavy duty lock I guess, we had no idea until he started working on it, but pretty soon he unlocked it and even did a little maintenance on it before he left!! Mike from Lock & Key Shop was amazing. He was professional, friendly, and did the whole lock change in like 15 minutes.
