I needed a top lock with a plate cover and not really knowing what locksmiths do besides let you in when you're locked out I didn't realize at first that I needed to call one. When i check online its help me to find Neighborhood Locksmith and thank goodness. Scott set up an appointment for a few days later, called the day of to let me know how his schedule was going, showed up early with warning, and did an all around awesome job. Pretty much the best experience I've had in the city, period. They were friendly and accommodating towards my schedule. I'd like to write this review, not for services rendered; but, rather for excellent customer service, which we all know is a rarity these days. I spoke with Paul extensively about replacing a lock, and even exchanged picture messages (upon his suggestion) so that he could better assess my situation. He not only educated me on the different types of locks/security devices; but, also offered to walk me through the purchase and replacement, which he suggested I do myself. Wait, what? Mike was amazing. We were locked out of our apartment in Windsor , CO on a Friday night at midnight, with landlord and super out of town and unavailable to help us. Mike came within an hour, and unlocked the door in less than fifteen minutes or more precisely, drilled through the heavy metal door and removed the malfunctioning lock. Very nice, very professional, would call him again in a heartbeat.

I’m really happy with their service! Who wouldn’t be? They showed up at my door five minutes earlier than they said they would and did a very nice, neat job. I was new to Windsor and didn’t know a good locksmith in the locality and went with the suggestion of my neighbor and called Neighborhood Locksmith. Where I come from, locksmiths aren’t made this way. On time, quick, and efficient, a job which I thought would take hours was completed within 40 minutes. Truly commendable! And the price for rekeying a set of four locks cost me less than a hundred bucks. They deserve five stars!!!
