For all I knew, he could have easily overcharged me or installed a new lock, but James didn’t! In fact, he took his time to figure out what was wrong with my lock and had it fixed. Somehow, the replacement key I’d got managed to break in about two weeks. The worst part was that it just didn’t break at some random place, it broke inside the lock. So now there were pieces of the key stuck in the lock which made it impossible for me to operate it with the spare I had. I called Little Village Locksmith Store on 610-241-1096! They were about the only ones who were open late at night, according to my neighbor. And sure enough, a rep answered my call and assured me of sending help right away. Within minutes, there was a locksmith at my doorstep. David was careful not to damage the lock while he extracted the broken pieces. He took one look at it and asked me if I’d got it made at a hardware shop. I did, yes, but how did he know that? Apparently, such stores use low-grade material and improper techniques to cut keys, hence, the absurdly short life. David got a new key made right there and I could definitely make out the difference in terms of quality. To my surprise, all this cost me less than what I’d paid at the store…. A lot of people had access to my keys and I had to rekey the locks frequently. A technician from a local store suggested that I buy a DIY rekeyable lock to save money – and it was the biggest mistake I made. My house was broken into soon thereafter and I lost a lot of valuables. I hired Little Village Locksmith Store to consult. According to Joe, such rekeyable locks don’t stand a chance against burglars. His suggestion: get a keypad lock, and share the code with those you need to provide access to. After reading all the 5 star reviews online I figured I would give these guys a call but I was STILL skeptical because the company seemed too good to be true. Well... yelpers had it right all along. Gorge called me the morning after I wrote in on the website late the night before. Since my problem wasn't dire (I just had crappy locks) he arranged to come the next day and he was super professional, super personable and very straightforward. He looked at the locks, listened to the problems I was having, suggested a solution with the prices I already knew from the website and in 20 minutes I had an awesome new lock and doorknob installed by someone I felt cared about doing a good job. Gorge even told my boyfriend what kind of maintenance could be needed in the future to make sure the doorknob continues to work properly. I wish all repairs could be this easy and not sketchy. I found myself locked out of my apartment and just needed to get back in since my keys and spare were BOTH inside. I'm so grateful - it was quick and painless and I'd recommend them to anyone who finds themselves locked out. Lifesaver.

First, I live in the Narberth, PA and expect strange and sometimes bad things to happen. Well my house was broken into (while I was asleep) and my stuff (as well as my Jeep!) were stolen. I called Little Village Locksmith Store and Cathy (I think was here name) was VERY helpful and accomodating and was able to juggle other appointments so someone could come out to my house right away. Steve showed up and was wonderful! He promptly fixed the lock and made me 4 keys. He was also very nice and helped me close the basement window that was kicked in. He made a few recommendations regarding my window (how they got into the house) and after I clear with the landlord, I will call Little Village Locksmith Store to come out again to do the work. And the price was very, very reasonable! I highly recommend these folks!!
