Just bought a house and needed the locks re-keyed. I called at 5:15 in the evening to Expert Locksmith Services and Mike happened to be in the area so we met at the property at 6.00 PM He was in and out quickly and even gave me some great advice about the type of locks that are on the doors.

Great experience from start to finish. Quick communication over email, arrived on time, great price. Service was completed in under 10 minutes. Several payment options were available which was great because who carries cash anymore!? I'm right there with everyone else - Expert Locksmith Services absolutely deserves their great ratings. After I had my purse stolen - with wallet and keys inside - I was dreading having to call around and figure out a locksmith to come and replace my locks. When I called Shon, they didn't have as many reviews here yet (this was over a year ago), but those that were there were good, so I gave them a shot. And I'm so happy I did - Shon was able to come by first thing the next day, and this was after contacting them late in the evening. Fast, punctual, professional, honest about prices - and on top of all this which I would consider quite enough to earn the 5 stars - he was super nice to my little niece and roommate's dog who were fascinated by what he was doing.
