Jim got there in less than ten minutes, which was surprisingly fast, considering how all the locksmiths I’d hired previously had never got there in less than an hour. PHENOMENAL!!! I just don’t think there’s another word that befits the description of what Locksmith Master Store is all about! Don’t know which is better, their services or the low rates at which they offer them.. My daughter ended up locking herself out of our home (for the umpteenth time) only last week. As usual, I asked her to wait it out at her aunt’s by the time the guy I usually called got there. Despite waiting for two hours, he wasn’t there. After endless follow-up calls he flatly told me that he couldn’t make it cos he was on the other side of the town. Infuriated beyond words, I looked online and found Locksmith Master Store. These guys had amazing reviews and decided to give them a try. Within ten minutes, someone from Locksmith Master Store reached the place and my daughter was back inside in no time. And the best part was the price!!! I was charged half of what I’m usually charged by other locksmiths. David even suggested installing a smartphone operated smart lock owing to the remarkable track record my daughter had when it came to losing keys! When I first scheduled to have my lock replaced, no one came to my apt. I thought I was receiving second class treatment because I had a Groupon, but it turned out that the guy had an accident earlier that day. I spoke with Jerry and he said he would personally come to complete the job. He was really nice. My security guards were giving us a hard time and he kept a good humor about the whole situation. I have to concur with all the other positive reviews. I inquired online with three locksmiths on a lazy sunday because I was not really in a rush. Safe & Key Locksmith Service not only responded in 15 minutes with an exact quote but he arrived on time for my appointment the next day and got me back into my mailbox. Okay, I joined Online tonight just to leave this review. The dispatcher and David the locksmith were both awesome, really helpful and nice. It took about 20 minutes for him to arrive, and he explained each method he tried, and some information about my type of lock. The last time I had to have a lock opened, the guy took one look at my door (same one) and told me it had to be drilled, then charged $200 to do it. I was left with the replacement bill from my landlord, too. I told the Safe & Key Locksmith Service folks about this, and they confirmed it's a common scam. I had buzzed in with a request for spare keys. A mobile van stopped in front of my place in the next 15 minutes, and I watched Gary as he worked from his van and made the keys for me. Wish all the other locksmiths in Cerritos , CA 90703 were as efficient, quick and skilled as Gary. Will definitely hire technicians from Safe & Key Locksmith Service again! FIVE STARS!!!
