Trust me when I say this, Locksmith Master Store is truly the best locksmith company in San Jose, CA! This isn’t something I’m saying after receiving a one-time good service from these guys. Few tried to charge me four times greater than the service was actually worth, few have made me wait for hours at a stretch, few had done such a poor job that I had to call someone again. LOVE Locksmith Master Store ! Our bottom lock - that had been installed less than a year ago by another guy - had been sticking for months now and I figured we should get that fixed. Spotted a Living Social deal and snapped it up quick. Very easy to schedule, though they seem busy! When Edwardo arrived he was very efficient and professional. Was able to explain what was going on and what went wrong. (The previous locksmith had given us an old gnarly lock!) Replaced it, charged what was on the website, and he was off! I called Locksmith Master Store based on the reviews I read here. I emailed to the company first, but he didn't see my email, so I called. They was very nice. He apologized for not seeing the email, and they asked me to give him the information and send pictures of my locks by email. I wanted to change a lock in the apartment I have just moved into. I wasn't in a hurry, so we fixed an appointment, and on the day we had said, he came on time, was very nice, changed one of the locks for a good price and was just very professional and nice. I will definitely call him again if I have any problem or if I need a new lock.
