I contacted Lock & Locksmith Tech about some trouble with a sticky lock. I received a prompt response with advice on how to fix the problem on my own, as well as pricing for if I was unable to. Extremely professional, especially given that they could have just charged me. I'll definitely be using these guys the next time I have an issue! These guys are great - they're going by Lock & Locksmith Tech. I needed a lock swapped out, I put in a request for a quote online and got a pretty quick response, John pinged me right away and scheduled a time to get the work done. When they ran late, I was updated periodically via their blackberry. I wish UPS and cable were so diligent. They analyzed my old lock and door, made recommendations and gave me an option. The work is solid and great service.

Without at doubt 5 STARS. I wish I could give them 100! I own a hair salon in San Jose, CA and needed our lock for our front door changed. I e-mailed them in the morning, they gave me quick reply. This is a top-notch company! When my tenant moved out, I needed to have all the locks re-keyed. Based on the great reviews I called Lock & Locksmith Tech - and completely agree with all of the raves. A very polite woman took my call and information, letting me know that the locksmith would contact me shortly. Paul called me within an hour or so and I was scheduled for the next day. It was James who actually came to re-key my locks. He arrived on time, was extremely pleasant and professional, and had my locks all done within an hour! The price was reasonable, and as quoted. Hope I don't need it, but this will be my go-to locksmith!
