It wasn’t expected. Only hours earlier I’d put in important files for a presentation in the cabinet for safekeeping and now the key was nowhere to be found. I contemplated breaking the cabinet open, but my colleague advised me against it. I’ll have to pay my companies for the damages and I wasn’t ready for that. A friend suggested I hire General Locksmith Store. I doubted if any locksmith would help me at such short notice, but figured I had no other choice anyway. I found their number on their site https://www.Lexington.General-Locksmith-Store.com and called them up. 30 minutes later: I had a new key to the cabinet and was already prepping for the upcoming presentation. Thank you for helping me out promptly! From now on, General Locksmith Store is my go-locksmith in Lexington! Highly-recommend to everyone!!!!

I was locked out of my apartment this weekend and called General Locksmith Store. They arrived within 5 minutes of when he said he would, was friendly, easy going and helpful. He opened my doors in a timely fashion and gave me a discount because he was already in the area. I would absolutely recommend him for any lock needs.

Here’s my take on General Locksmith Store, the one locksmith company everyone’s been raving about: Do they live up to the hype? YES Are they excellent? INDEED Do I recommend them? DEFINITELY After experiencing first-hand what their service in Lexington, MA was like, I must say, I’m never calling any other locksmith again.. Wish I’d found them sooner!
