From the timing they maintain to the quality of their work, I could sense perfection in just about everything. For the level of service they offer, I’d say their costs are very reasonable. Being an entrepreneur, this comes in handy as I could hire them at a time when their work would not interfere in business activities. Do I recommend them? YES!

Great experience from start to finish. Quick communication over email, arrived on time, great price. Service was completed in under 10 minutes. Several payment options were available which was great because who carries cash anymore!? He also took time to explain the issue with the lock in the door and emailed me a picture for evidence to show to the landlord. Couldn't have asked for a better locksmith experience. I literally have nothing bad to say about these Galaxy Locksmith Store. My roommate and I just moved into a new place in Plymouth Meeting, PA and wanted to get an extra dead bolt added to our door. I filled out the form on the Galaxy Locksmith Store website and within 20 minutes Shon had emailed me and called me. He was really chill about working around my crazy schedule and was able to come to our place on Saturday, after I had been in touch on Thursday. When he came to our apartment he gave us the whole rundown of all of our options and was very honest and straight forward with us about what he thought we needed--he wasn't trying to sell us something we didn't need. He was at our place for about 45 minutes but most of that was because my roommate and I kept talking to him. Not only is he amazing at his job, he's super personable and charming--not exactly something you expect from your typical locksmith. To sum up, USE THESE GUYS! So glad we did.

Jefrry was incredible. I've never come across such a kind-hearted stranger before... As luck would have it, I got locked out of my apartment the day I moved in, which happened to coincide with the weekend that Jeffry went out of town AND his back-ups called in sick, so there was no one from Galaxy Locksmith Store to help me out. I could sense that Jeffry was truly sorry that this was happening, and then referred me to another company and told me exactly what to say. When it turned out they were closed, he told me to let him know when I found someone, and again when I was in my apartment. The guy that did end up showing up at my house immediately wanted to drill, but thanks to Jefrry I knew what to say to avoid that and another $350+ out of my pocket. When I called to let him know that I was in my apartment and told him what happened, I heard his girlfriend in the background exclaim her happiness over that - that's how nice they are!
