Dave from Central Lock Key Store is an honest man in a mostly dishonest business. I asked him to help my mom out with the deadbolt on her door. He went out to Flower Mound , TX without issue. I initially was expecting him to install a Medco lock with a new deadbolt but when he arrived he decided that all that was needed was some adjustments and he only charged us for service. Great service, very knowledgeable, positive attitude, and best of...........they came when it close to closing time on a weekday. Who would of thought Dave and his sidekick Scott (hope I got his name right) came the night I called them and the next day to replace the counterfeit lock with a great sturdy heavy duty lock he recommended!!!!!!!! Central Lock Key Store was awesome. I called to get a lock rekeyed and they were able to get to my office and do the job within 2 hours....even in the snow! They were very professional and everything was explained and double checked to make sure it was done the right way.

For all I knew, he could have easily overcharged me or installed a new lock, but James didn’t! In fact, he took his time to figure out what was wrong with my lock and had it fixed.
