I called City Locksmith Shop up around 6 am in the morning, as the staff was locked out of my office. I explained my situation to the dispatcher who listened intently and promised to send someone over right away. I received a call some ten minutes later from their locksmith apologizing for the delay and asking me to wait five minutes longer. Sure enough, he got there within five minutes and took a few more minutes to unlock the door. Seriously impressed with their fast service! I checked out their website https://www.MountainView.City-Locksmith-Shop.com and found that they also offered security audits. Definitely hiring them for it!! No. 1 locksmith in Mountain View, CA 94040…Completely reliable, especially, during an emergency! I give them FIVE STARS.

Writing this review just after getting fitted with a brand new deadbolt by City Locksmith Shop. As stated on the phone, they came within 20 minutes. The technician was very friendly, quick with the job and charged me a reasonable fee. Wish I’d found them sooner! It was only when the regular locksmith I hired bailed on me, that I started looking on the web for help and landed up on https://www.MountainView.City-Locksmith-Shop.com! From now on, City Locksmith Shop will be my go-to locksmith in Mountain View. Ten on Ten! Thanks again guys!!!

I'm right there with everyone else - City Locksmith Shop absolutely deserves their great ratings. After I had my purse stolen - with wallet and keys inside - I was dreading having to call around and figure out a locksmith to come and replace my locks. When I called Shon, they didn't have as many reviews here yet (this was over a year ago), but those that were there were good, so I gave them a shot. And I'm so happy I did - Shon was able to come by first thing the next day, and this was after contacting them late in the evening.
Fast, punctual, professional, honest about prices - and on top of all this which I would consider quite enough to earn the 5 stars - he was super nice to my little niece and roommate's dog who were fascinated by what he was doing. What more could you ask for?

After I had my purse stolen - with wallet and keys inside - I was dreading having to call around and figure out a locksmith to come and replace my locks. When I called Shon, they didn't have as many reviews here yet (this was over a year ago), but those that were there were good, so I gave them a shot. My wife lost the key and fob to my car. This was the 4th business I called to get a quote to come out and reprogram a key and key fob. Dave came out within 45 minutes of my call. He quickly got to work and asked if I wanted the key fob as well and showed me the same type I had before. The whole service was about half of what the 3 other places quoted me. They were extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and comprehensive in completing the job, making sure everything was programmed and secure.
