Writing this review just after getting fitted with a brand new deadbolt by City Locksmith Shop. As stated on the phone, they came within 20 minutes. The technician was very friendly, quick with the job and charged me a reasonable fee. Wish I’d found them sooner! It was only when the regular locksmith I hired bailed on me, that I started looking on the web for help and landed up on https://www.MountainView.City-Locksmith-Shop.com! From now on, City Locksmith Shop will be my go-to locksmith in Mountain View. Ten on Ten! Thanks again guys!!!

I'm right there with everyone else - City Locksmith Shop absolutely deserves their great ratings. After I had my purse stolen - with wallet and keys inside - I was dreading having to call around and figure out a locksmith to come and replace my locks. When I called Shon, they didn't have as many reviews here yet (this was over a year ago), but those that were there were good, so I gave them a shot. And I'm so happy I did - Shon was able to come by first thing the next day, and this was after contacting them late in the evening. Fast, punctual, professional, honest about prices - and on top of all this which I would consider quite enough to earn the 5 stars - he was super nice to my little niece and roommate's dog who were fascinated by what he was doing. What more could you ask for?

AMAZING service that goes ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty. WOW... How AWESOME would it be if other businesses were half as GOOD, CUSTOMER FRIENDLY and HONEST as City Locksmith Shop of Mountain View, CA. Mr. David, the Owner, RESCUED us after a harrowing experience of not being able to enter our home due to a malfunctioned bottom-lock. Mr. David not only fixed the lock but he also STRENGTHENED the associated strike-plate and dead-bolt. Our front door and home are forever changed by the AMAZING service from an AWESOME business Owner, Mr. David! Thank you, Sir; your services and honesty are truly appreciated, not to mention, refreshing!
