It was an absolute pleasure working with these guys from Locksmith & Key Shop. I asked them to make a house call at 10 pm since that was when I shut shop and was available at home. They agreed without any hesitation. And sure enough, they were at my door sharp at 10 O’ clock. And no, they didn’t charge me anything extra for agreeing to come at an odd time. After getting really creepy texts and voicemails from my last locksmith, I decided to get my locks changed again and a chain installed. I emailed the company at 10 at night on a Saturday and Mike responded in under 10 minutes. He gave me a 1 hour time (super awesome for not having to wait around too long) and was there right on time, which is already above and beyond. He was so helpful and professional and a joy to talk to. They offer some peace of mind, I want to pay it forward by leaving another 5-star review. Locksmith & Key Shop are rad.

Didn't catch the persons name at the end of the other line. However they were nice enough to pencil me in last minute. Was expecting them to arrive around 7pm but came around 4:30pm. Talk about quick turnaround.
Within 30 minutes, everything was replaced and paid for.
