Ok, All County Locksmith Store is awesome! First, Gary arrived when he said he would. Second, he went out of his way to know exactly what I wanted. The last time I hired a locksmith, he didn’t even ask me what lock I needed, and installed an expensive one that was pretty useless, as was evident from its deteriorating performance. Leave it to me to be a drunkass and lose my keys one month into moving into my new apartment after having lived in doorman buildings with extra keys for the past 8 years... When I first scheduled to have my lock replaced, no one came to my apt. I thought I was receiving second class treatment because I had a Groupon, but it turned out that the guy had an accident earlier that day. A few minutes before the clock struck 8, the company’s rep called me up, informing me that the technician is on his way and will be five minutes late. I mean, who does that? I was once stuck outside in stormy weather waiting for a locksmith to arrive for hours and I didn’t get as much as an apology from the local company I’d hired then. i needed a deadbolt installed on my door and Jay was very helpful in choosing the right one for me without pressuring me towards the more expensive options. I made an appointment to have it installed that day but a couple hours after the agreed upon time I called to find out what had happened. Dave was extremely apologetic and got to the bottom of the problem right away. Turns out the guy that was supposed to install it had to go to the hospital! I found All County Locksmith Store through Online and it was easily the best experience I've had with a locksmith so far in my life. Fellow named Scott showed up right on time and did a fantastic job leaving me with a better lock that was more well installed than I'd had before. It was a more labor intensive job than it could have been and he did the work admirably and I was charged the same rate discussed from the start. Turning my key upon returning home, the cylinder surrounding the key popped out. Pins went flying everywhere. My jaw dropped--locks aren't supposed to just break!
