The property was changing hands the following morning, and I’d completely forgotten about rekeying the locks. Hired Aqua Locksmith Store after being completely impressed by what I saw on their website https://www.Richmond.Aqua-Locksmith-Store.com. They claimed to provide 24-hour service and I could only hope that they lived up to all their claims. I was not disappointed. Despite the short notice, they arrived onsite within 20 minutes with all the parts and tools needed. 2 hours later, they got the job done and the new keys made. Completely bowled away by their service!!! Do I recommend them? Yes, if you live in Richmond, give them a try – you won’t regret it!!!

When I found myself locked out of my property, it was quite unnerving. My neighbors were out of town, and that meant the only spare key I had went with them. Thankfully, Aqua Locksmith Store came to my rescue and were very quick with their jobs. I regained access in less than 30 minutes. The charges seemed reasonable, and surprisingly excluded any convenience fees. I’m so glad I came across their website https://www.Richmond.Aqua-Locksmith-Store.com and called them up. 24 hour services are a lifesaver!!! Especially, the one from Aqua Locksmith Store. After getting home from work, I realized my keys were no longer in my pockets. I wish I’d snuck in a spare under the rug or something. Anyway, Aqua Locksmith Store was the only firm that responded to my call and was extremely compassionate. James got there within a few minutes, and got a new key made. I asked him for another spare that I could hide outside my home, but James was against it! He told me that in a majority of burglaries, thieves got in using the spares. Well, that’s something I didn’t know! These Locksmith Company are awesome. I grabbed the wrong set of keys on my way out the house on a Sunday and didn't realize it until I closed my door (locked from the inside). I was able to open my security door by sticking in hand through the mail slot, but the 2nd door was still locked. I called a few smiths who couldn't get out to me until later in the day. I then called Aqua Locksmith Store who could reach me in less than 30 minutes and were priced competitively. Henrry got me in my house in less than 10 minutes (after checking proper ID and the such) and even repaired my damaged mail slot. The customer service was great from the initial call to payment. I'll definitely call them first next time.
