You know a business is done right when they give a reasonable time frame and actually arrive earlier than expected. Great service, very knowledgeable, positive attitude, and best of...........they came when it close to closing time on a weekday. Who would of thought Dave and his sidekick Scott (hope I got his name right) came the night I called them and the next day to replace the counterfeit lock with a great sturdy heavy duty lock he recommended!!!!!!!! It's been almost 3 months and no issues. Why cut yourself short when you can get things done right and get better quality products and service (worth it). Today I locked myself out of my apartment and my apartment does not have lock out service. "Call the Locksmith!" Talk about quick and responsive service - Locksmith & Key Store is the best! Thomas got there right on time! Maintained a great communication via phone during the day of the appointment. Once he got there, it only took him 15 minutes to rekey the lock. He’s a total pro and knew exactly what he was doing. He was extremely helpful and even patiently answered the million questions I bombarded him with (unnecessary questions, of course) pertaining to rekeying. I got it all done at an excellent price.
