Sun Spirit Yoga Wellness is Yoga for everyday people. It is our desire to show you that anyone can benefit from a regular practice of yoga!

We offer yoga classes for all types, from Gentle Yoga to All Levels. We also offer workshops, Teachers Training, private sessions and belly dancing too. Our classes are affordable because we don't want finances to keep you from the wonderful benefits of yoga. All of our instructors are certified and devoted to your well-being. Come join us at Sun Spirit Yoga Wellness and your first class is free except on Sunday's. However all classes on Sundays are only $5.00!!!
