I called this gate repair company after reading the reviews on the internet. They came out same day and changed out our broken opener. I ran to the store so I didn't meet the guy, but my wife was home. She said he was friendly, worked quickly, and thoroughly. He also explained we need to oil the chain to help prevent it from breaking again. If your gate is broke they can fix it!
