No, I would NOT recommend this business. Friends, Family, and online consumers, I know I shared with many of you how excited I was to find the exact furniture I was looking for at Leather Furniture Expo in Florida, but, sadly, I need to withdraw my praise and recommendation for the company and the furniture. Our attempts to get help from them have failed, even though we have a warranty and the issue was discovered less than a month from delivery. It appears the only way to enforce our warranty will be through an attorney since they ignore all attempts to contact them to set up a service call to investigate our significantly deflated cushions. It the issue is addressed, I will update this post; if not, I can only warn as many people as possible since I would feel awful if someone purchased furniture from Leather Furniture Expo based on my former recommendations. I wish I could attach a photo of our cushion seats less than a month after delivery. They say a picture is worth a thousand words. In this case, obviously, that would definitely be true.
