Chris Wallin's expertise in infant sleep was a godsend for our family. Our 7 month old daughter's sleep degraded from 1-2 wakings a night to 4-8 wakings after a transatlantic vacation. At first we thought we were dealing just with jetlag and tried to wait patiently for that phase to pass. It didn't pass and it became worse. Family, friends and our pediatrician told us we needed to let her cry it out at night, but that didn't feel right to us. Chris worked with us to find a system that worked with our daughter. She was able to provide an assessment and effective treatment strategy very quickly and never once told us to let our daughter cry it out. Chris is very responsive to emails and continued to check in weekly as our daughter's sleep improved with consistency and Chris' advice. Chris will be the first person I turn to if we face sleep problems in the future and I would highly recommend Chris to family, friends and anyone whose child is having difficulty sleeping.
