We are super disappointed of this company.They installed a new boiler in our house this August on high price .We paid cash and we never got an invoice for the warranty of the boiler.We star the heating the middle of October and it's wasn't work right . 2 weeks ago we called Lois(the owner) again that the machine is not working on the first floor and that all 3 thermostas are off and the boiler still working.Thats was the first sign that something is wrong with the new boiler that cost me $8500.After that I contacted him again and he said that he will come back if I'm gonna pay him to remove the thermostat on the second floor and after that he will check the machine.He came 2 weeks later to remove my thermostat and after showing him that the 1 st floor heating is not working he told me that he has more important work to do and he left.Before that he was askinge to pay him for the visit for brand new boiler under warranty.He set up all thermostats on 70 degree and told me to do not turn the off.The real problem came today at 9.00pm .I went to our 2 ND floor to put my son in the bad and I realized that is super hot .I checked the temperature on the thermostat and was showing 82 degree ,in the same time the thermostat was set up to start working on 70 degree .I turn it off to be able to lower down the temperature buy nothing wasn't change was keep working and keeping the same temperature of 82 degree.I called Lois and he hang up on me not giving up chance to explain to him w
