Romans 12:2 says "And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God" It is the goal of Transformazing Fitness to see every person excel and accomplish great things. The aim is to change your view of life, how you view yourselves, and what you believe you are capable of. That is what we mean when we speak about changing your mindset.
