I don't normally write reviews. However, i felt that my experience with Thousand Oaks Movers was one to tell about! I called several moving companies before we narrowed it down to one. I wanted the best value for my money (as do most people). The prices were comparable but the service was not. The service surpassed all the other companies i called. Other companies referred to me as just another "address" to move. Thousand Oaks Movers treated me as an appreciated customer from the first call! Needless to say, our move was stress free!

We had very little time to prepare for the move ourselves. The movers came out two days prior to scheduled move day and helped packing and disassembling furniture. The delivery was made in two weeks, which was OK as we were still looking for a new place. We stored our belongings at Thousand Oaks Movers warehouse for a few weeks. The delivery was made by a different crew and they were as careful and accommodating. Over all a 5 star experience.

Long distance moving is never fun. We had to first find a place in Arizona. And once we found the buyer for our place we had to be out in 30 days. In 30 days we did a lot of packing and traveling back and forth between the states. On the move day we were still not completely ready to move. Woodland Hills Movers send extra men to help us pack while three movers were loading our furniture. It was all done in one day. The guys rested exactly 10 hours and started to head out to Arizona. The truck got to our new residence a couple of hours before we did. They were in touch with us through out the day so we told them to start off loading right away. When we got to our house the truck was mostly off loaded. They just carried furniture and boxes to the house. This was a very smooth move.

I hired Thousand Oaks Movers and I was just too impressed with their work and customer service. Woman who I spoke to on the phone explained to me all charges and fees , so there was no surprises at the end of my move. Movers were careful with my stuff and didn't try to prolong the hours.By just comparing with my previous experience with other companies who charged me for everything that they possibly could Thousand Oaks Movers is very honest company. So if you have upcoming move I will definitely recommend this company to everyone, trust me you would not regret it.
