Jose and his staff are truly wonderful. We hired them to paint the entire inside of our home - ceilings and walls in every room and bathroom. They were flexible with scheduling, and did great, quality work. It truly was amazing to see the pride and care they took in their work, coupled with how quickly it was completed; those two things spoke volumes about their professionalism and excellent craftsmanship/skill. Words cannot express how grateful my husband and I are that we found them. Our home looks smooth, clean and inviting now, and it is because of Jose and his team. It was a bonus that we were able to hire a small, local business and that his wife is a veteran! It was a completely satisfying transaction from start to finish. We will definitely be referring Empower Painting to our friends and family!

We recently had our home painted by Empower Painting LLC and couldn’t be happier with the results. Jose, the owner and his crew started the preparation by power washing the house and then began preparing after waiting a day for the house to dry. They caulked all doors, windows and seams, counter sunk all protruding nails, filled the holes with a product like bond and then sanding them to smooth. They power screwed loose boards and pounded in all nails, sprayed rust-proofing primer to cover nail heads and other areas of rust, covered all glass surfaces with plastic film, masked off the foundation and other small areas that were not to be painted, covered all shrubs, paving stones along with taking off the light fixtures and at the end of the job installing new ones. Where there were areas that had peeling paint that exposed lead paint, the paint had to come off, so they laid out plastic per the EPA guidelines and used Smart Strip to remove all the lead paint down to raw wood and primed, filled in damaged areas with bondo and then sanded until smooth. The siding on the house was lightly sanded either by hand or palm sander to make them smooth. They sprayed 2 coats of heavy body latex paint, painted accent color and trim, along with our three doors, our patio floor and front foundation. Every color we used, five in all had two coats even the exposed gas meter had a camouflage paint mixture to blend in with our used brick. The crews of three did an outstanding job, were p

My husband and I own a 1908 farmhouse that was remodeled in the 1990's with cheap molding that did not match the time period of the house and a poor paint job. We hired Empower Painting to remove the old molding, install new molding that was historically accurate and to paint two rooms and the ceiling. I was so impressed with their quality of work and with Jose's expertise! He offered great suggestions and was very mindful and respectful of our opinions. He had two workers with him that were always on time, professional and hard working. The rooms turned out more beautiful than I imagined! As a veteran it was important to me to support a veteran owned company and I am so glad that I chose Empower Painting. I will be calling them for our next home painting project!
