I had the worst experience ever working with this caterer for our wedding. Right off the bat, he was rude and arrogant but we had heard good things about his food and the price seemed worth it at the time so we still went with him. Before we paid the deposit, he had agreed to include appetizers for our cocktail hour, but after we paid the deposit and asked him about the cocktail hours snacks again he told us we would be charged extra per person. A month before the wedding, we wanted to confirm our menu with him once again. It was so hard to contact him as he would never reply texts or only reply a week or more later. When we finally got a hold of him and wanted to go over everything that would be included, he became very rude with us and told us he didn't have time to provide us an invoice and we were wasting his time. We ended up having to just hope for the best. The day of the wedding, Chef Wang switched out some of our agreed upon dishes and charged us additionally for a delivery and service fees that we never about. This was the reason that we wanted to do a final confirmation with him. Despite the low prices he charges, I will never recommend this caterer to anyone. The stress we have gone through with this caterer will never be worth the price.
