We are a Yoga Studio with a wide range of classes. We offer live internet classes. Personal training is available for single or small groups. Change your fitness change your life. Here at Magic Stars Yoga we help our clients to understand what they are doing, to listen to their bodies, and move in a ways that gives the body an internal massage. As the cold weather comes and goes, we don't want to leave the house, go to the gym, or the yoga studio. We have jobs, take trips, and lead very busy lives. Sometimes we don't have the time to stop and go workout. That's okay, because here at Magic Stars we offer LIVE online classes, so you can take a class at home, the office, or even on your vacation. Want a more private personal session? We have personal training for small groups with the same fitness goals and private single sessions as well. First time clients will receive extra discounts. Bring a friend or two when you sign up and receive even more discounts. We are open 6 days a week with a flexible schedule. Yoga is rehabilitative and therapeutic for the body and mind. It just makes you feel good, so come in and take a class. Gift Certificates are available. The holidays are here and our New Years Resolutions are just around the corner, so go to our website, give us a call, or stop by the studio. Whatever your needs, we can help. Remember, yoga is a go at your own pace exercise, so there are no requirements for taking the class. We don't have to be in top physical shape, flexible, or a certain age. All classes are good for all levels of experience. Pre and post natal classes available upon request. Our Yoga BootCamp series start Monday January 5 for 8 weeks. The class schedule promises multiple classes, including beginner's, flow, power yoga with weights, and warm to hot yoga. Yoga is not a religion.
