ValuePlus Properties helped me find a great investment property in Cary back in 2005 and has done an outstanding job of managing the rental property. They’ve always found new tenants quickly with minimum vacancy, managed all maintenance and repairs, and resolved any problems that came up with little or no guidance from me. I feel lucky that Team Palmer has been managing my investment property in Morrisville since 2008. They found me excellent tenants quickly that have renewed their lease every year and take care of the home. They’ve always been proactive at keeping up with all the maintenance and repair issues and coordinating the various contractors and tenants. Everything has gone smoothly and this has been a huge relief for me since I’m not a hands-on Landlord. I sincerely believe they’re the best real estate professionals in the business.
