New York Lock Experts is very professional business. Gave me a great price on re-keying my new apartment doors. Very patient with me on all my un ending questions the tech was so courteous and professional will definitely keep them on speed dial for my locksmith needs....especially with my track record for losing keys.

I called and was at my house 25 minutes. What was really nice was the transparency. I called, he asked what I needed and then gave me a cost. Very different than the other locksmiths who just say there is service fee and then they will figure out cost when they get there. Fast service, respectful and reasonable prices.

Newyork Lock Expert is very prompt service and was able to explain all the work he was doing on my old hardware. I called them and within 30 minutes he was at my home! I called that the lock had broken for some reason. Luckily, The locksmith replaced my lock and rekeyed it to matched all our other locks for a super low price!

They have a top notch knowledgeable and efficient staff of New York Locksmith Experts. Next time I switch a building over I'm having them do the whole keying. Serious real deal locksmiths. They are professional, experts, did an amazing job of securing the doors and every area that needed to be looked at. Super nice guy, and very thorough, A stunning job of giving expert advice to take care of our need.

Newyork Lock expert is totally Lock Master! I was price shopping for a large job I needed done, and I quickly found that they were the best deal, as promised! After I confirmed my appointment. This guy is fast, efficient, and also fixed the problems easily.

Professional guy! He is so pleasant and helpful - he told me all about the lock and how to get help if I ever get locked out. He even cut a key for me at no charge. He gave me a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

I called New york Lock Expert to have a new doorknob with a lock installed and it was totally painless. Crew arrived exactly on time, quickly installed the doorknob, and gave me a tutorial.

I found him to be courteous, clean, efficient and on time, good customer service, responsible and respectful to you and your household. He also notice that one of our exterior doors was sticking and not closing well, and he went ahead and fixed that at no extra charge.Highly recommended!
