This company is violating both the Federal TCPA, as well as Arizona State Law by illegally telemarketing consumer cellphones without the required express written permission to do so. When confronted with the issue, they deny responsibility and hang up on the person complaining. They also ignored both a notice of intent to take legal action, and a BBB complaint. I have forwarded the matter to my attorney, and have also started a complaint with the Arizona State Attorney General's Office. Maybe the company will take them seriously, instead.
