K&K's owner, Mark Kline is dishonest and his company does poor work. He sent his son out to our property to replace wax rings on two toilets. After the work was done they forgot to hook the water back up on both toilets. We later discovered that the wax rings and caulk were done incorrectly. We left messages indicating that we either wanted the work redone or a refund. That seems fair. We didn't get what we paid for. All of a sudden Mark would not return our phone calls. Buyer beware.

K & K Plumbing is a very dishonest and horrible service provider. I made a claim with my warranty company and they scheduled the person to come and fix. I contacted him and he said he will show up as scheduled from 7 am to 3 pm. He did not show up hence I called him to and he didn't answer. At 3 pm I called the warranty company. They contacted him to show up at my house. He called me at 4 pm saying the warranty company cannot schedule his time. Moreover, he said my plumbing issue is not something the warranty company would pay him for so he is not coming. I asked him how would he know my plumbing issue without even first coming to my place and identifying the root cause. He said he did not want to come and would not send a technician. I then asked why he did not call me earlier within the scheduled time to call me. He insulted me and shut the phone on me. I then called the warranty company to explain the situation. While I was on the call their office called me and asked that K & K plumbing told them that I asked him not to come to my house. I was like shocked. I explained the representative after waiting full eight hours with no call, why in the whole world would I tell him that when I need the issue resolved. I called to talk to their manager and had a different company scheduled. This company is a scam, liar, who is very dishonest and I can imagine what type of job they would do if they showed up in my house. Customers beware of this fraudster.
