I wanted my carpets in my new house to be professionally cleaned because any cleansers and vacuum I tried did not remove the dark dirty color off of my carpet. On top of that, it’s been long overdue since I’ve been meaning to call a professional to repair my very old carpets. I did my research and the best option seemed to be Dry Fresh Plus. I called them up and they made me a priority. They were very thorough when it came to discussing their information, prompt, and they quickly provided me with an appointment. I just want to take the time to thank Dry Fresh Plus for their top notch customer service! I had some minor carpet repairs needed to be done, and a neighbor of mine was nice enough to have recommended this company. I scheduled a date so they could give me a free quote and the price was very reasonable. Then I set up another date for them to return and do the work. They arrived on time and came in with the all the necessary tools and products. Their staff was professional and courteous all throughout. I also appreciated how they gave me some extra pointers on how to maintain my carpets on a daily basis. I highly recommend them!
