I teach first responders, medical, & court professionals effective tools to let go of daily stress so they continue loving their careers and lives.

The daily experiences of first responders, doctors, nurses, mental health counselors, probation or parole officers, and corrections officers are cumulative. We do feel the effects of this accumulation which can lead to a number of problems including a more negative outlook, relationship problems, burnout, all the way to suicidal thoughts.
I help our critical care givers maintain the passion you came to the field with thus improving both your professional and personal lives through in person and online (telehealth) services. Video counseling (telehealth) is legal in all 50 states and a very ethical way of providing counseling. I have seen tremendous benefits from online (teleheath) sessions and enjoy providing counseling in this way. It is confidential and often more comfortable for my clients. This way I can also help our critical care givers anywhere they are in the states of FL and CT as I hold an active license in both states.
I see people in person in Tampa, FL and Sarasota, FL as well. I am certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitizaiton and Reprocessing) which is an amazing technique which decreases the intensity of memories.
You do not have to suffer any longer. I break as many barriers as I can to provide the services to help our critical care givers.
