These guys are masters of moving. I hired Lifetime moving & storage just because of their reputation. Though I hired them only for the moving service but when I requested them to help me deal with the delicate items, they helped me pack the remaining valuables and charged a very moderate amount for the extra service and moved my stuff without any dents or scratches and also beat the schedule and estimated price. This is what I call real professionalism. Highly recommended!

I received a response from their customer service within an hour of my emailing. They sent a surveyor within the next few hours after my approval over phone. I talked to the sales person and he assured me that nothing would be a problem. The moving team showed up exactly on time. They were very pleasant and professional. They took extreme care with my belongings. As a result I didn't have to panic for my valuables. Everything was okay at the end. I am certainly going to hire them for my next move.

After a lot of back and forth phone calls, that company left my belongings in a storage facility halfway from the destination. I was in such a pickle.
